As we are moving to Alberta under AGLC regulations, future bets cannot be transferred to the new site. As a result, all future bets were voided.
For parlays, the affected leg was marked as void, and the overall parlay odds were recalculated accordingly. If all remaining legs were settled as winners, the parlay was paid out as a winning bet prior to the October 13th launch date, using the newly calculated odds.
We understand that this may be unexpected, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. This action is required as part of the Alberta launch process.
